The Organiser’s Kit: run the whole group from one place
Book the round, find a date, see who’s read the notice, and set your group’s rules. The organiser’s whole job, in one place.
Book it
Book a round in advance with the course (or TBC), the tee time and who’s playing. Everyone sees it coming on Home, with a countdown, who’s in and any Double Flags waving.
Poll it
Can’t agree on a date? Run a poll. Everyone ticks every date they can make, the votes have names on them, and the leading date is clear.
See who’s read it
Mark a notice as must-read and you get read receipts: exactly who has read it and who hasn’t.
Your season, your rules
Switch the scoring modules on and off for the season, with stableford always on. New group? Turn blunders off while everyone finds their feet. The side games are switched on one at a time.
One bill
The organiser pays one bill for the whole group, split evenly through everyone’s pot payments.
Good to know
Can anyone book a round?
Yes. Only the person who booked it or the organiser can change or cancel it.
Do we have to use every feature?
No. Switch off any scoring module or side game your group doesn’t want. Stableford is always on.
Who pays for the app?
The organiser pays one bill, and it’s split evenly through everyone’s pot payments. Nothing comes off the pot.
Every number and every edge case is on the rules page.
